I’ve been a yoga student since 2003. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings.
In my classes you will discover how to effectively use your breath to:-
* Calm and focus the mind
* Ease into yoga postures
* Relieve stress anxiety
Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind
